2023.11.30갤러리도올 신희원 순호는 오랜 시간 자연을 관찰하고 연구해 왔다. 손끝에서 온몸으로 전해지는 느낌을 안고 캔버스로 형성되는 조형은 사실성을 자제한 추상으로 색이 주를 이룬다. 생생한 색채로 아름다움이 전달되지만 정확히는 말로 표현할 길이 없다. 조심스레 말하면 추상이고 표현이 강한 행위에 흔적으로 색에 대한 강렬한 의지가 돋보인다. 일정한 분할보다 우연으로 연결된 자유로운 형식의 그림들이다. 이 안에는 바슐라르가 말한 ‘상승적 상상력’ 에너지가 꿈틀댄다. 마치 호흡에 필요한 에너지처럼 그림 안은 다양한 요소들로 가득 차 있다. 자연이 주는 순간의 리얼함을 뒤로하고 몸소 체험화 된 감성은 평면으로 나타난다. 과하지 않으며 부드러운 촉감이 연상되다 어느새 강인 해지는 색은 한 가지 색이 아닌 겹침으로 드러나..
